A friend and I enjoyed a great meal last night. He asked what kind of food I had not tried in Vancouver and I said Ethiopian. The restaurant was packed full so best call ahead.
The cool thing about it all was that the food didn’t look like it would fill two stomachs, but we were both stuffed. I guess it was the bread you see rolled up to the right, which is also your cutlery.
You unroll the bread and tear off a nice chunk and pick up your filling. Easy and good but leaves your fingers a bit starchy.
